Sea la vie has Changed!

It has been a busy year at Sea la vie!

Changes have been made to our interior; a new bright painting forms part of our inside dining area; the green walls and tiles are no longer; the menus have been overhauled; there is now music in the outdoor dining area.  These are just a few of the noticeable changes.  More are in the pipeline.

Here are some pictures below of the new look Sea la vie.  Our Menus can be viewed at www.sealavie.com.au/menus.htm

There are more subtle changes - our fantastic floor staff have been through a rigorus training programme and the food on the plate is even better then before (in both taste and presentation).

I am pleased to state that Sea la vie is now a RESTAURANT.

Come on and experience the “New Look” Sea la vie for yourself ……. you’re always welcome!

Kate’s Year 12 Formal

Our daughter, Kate, who also is a member of our Wait Staff Team, has finished her HSC this year (2007).

Last Saturday night, she had her Freshwater Senior Campus Formal at Cockle Bay.  A great night she said - followed by an early morning departure for “schoolies” at Byron Bay (they arrived safely and are having lots of fun).

The picture below is of Kate looking stunning in her new dress with proud Mum and Dad.

As for next year - who knows!  Kate wants some time working and travelling before heading to some form of study in 2009.

Congratulations Kate!

Sea la vie Staff Dinner

A number of our staff have birthdays over the September to November period.  So it was decided that we should go out for dinner to a) celebrate and b) let someone else look after us for a change.

This we did, on Tuesday 25th September, 2007 we dined at a French Restaurant in Balgowlah - Chez Maurice et Linda.

We dined on a delightful three course meal and drank wine (Peterson’s, Margan to name two).  Food was divine!

So to those with birthdays (Tony, Matt, Camila, James, Danica and Myself) - Happy Birthday.

We all had a thoroughly enjoyable night - a great night of fun and laughter.
